ELFA International in collaboration with Directorate of Samagra Shiksha and Directorate of School Education so far trained 6645 students and teachers on Disaster Risk Reduction using very innovative and attractive methods of street plays and a local folklore called Ladishah, the training programs have been appreciated by the students, teachers and the senior officials of the education department. The Directorate of School Education Kashmir expressed their willingness to replicate the model in entire Kashmir region.
